For the use of the test results by breeding organizations or in case of purchase or sale of the animal, we recommend to have a veterinarian sign as a witness on the order form. This person confirms that the submitted sample comes from the animal indicated on the order form. For this purpose, the information on the order form and the chip number must be matched.  

If you have the test performed only for your own interest, a witness declaration is not necessary.
