Sample collection kits are sent by regular mail and take approximately 3 to 4 business days to arrive, depending on the speed of the postal service.

Sample collection kits are generally sent as follows:

• Orders until 12 pm          → Shipping same day (Monday through Friday)
• Orders after 12 pm          → Shipping next business day

If you have not received your sample collection kit within a week, check your order form or account to make sure that you ordered the kit. If you did not, or the kit does not arrive, you can follow these instructions. Please print off and include the order form that came in your confirmation email.
