Veterinarians should make their first order via the submission form rather than using the webshop. Please make sure that you enter your e-mail address legibly. Your customer account will be created with this e-mail address.

If the animal is to be assigned to the animal owner, the data, in particular the e-mail address of the animal owner, are mandatory. These can only be submitted with the submission form.

From the second order you can use the webshop, if the animal file should not be assigned to an animal owner.
