If you have also ordered a sample collection kit, this will be sent to you by post. Included in the kit are collection instructions and a return envelope to send your sample back. If you are unsure whether you have ordered a sample collection set, you can check this on your order confirmation.

If you have not ordered a sample collection kit, you must download the submission form, fill it out and send it to us with your animal's sample.

Once we receive the sample, you will receive an email about the registration of your sample and we can start the testing procedure. The test procedure takes approximately 10 to 15 working days from receipt of your sample.

You will receive the certificate about the result of the test by e-mail and you can access it in your animal record.
