You will usually receive the test result of your animal 10 to 15 working days (2 to 3 weeks) after receipt of the sample. You will be informed about the receipt of the sample by e-mail. Within this period, our customer service cannot give more precise information about when the result will be ready.

Should a repeat or additional examination become necessary, the notification of the findings may be delayed by a few days.

The test results will be released only after full payment is received. You will receive an email reminder that the results are ready and payment is still pending.

Note: For some samples received on the same day or week, results may be available on different days. Samples are processed in batches and may require different processing or quality control steps, which may affect the timing of results availability.
