All samples are recorded and processed in order. Since all customers should be treated fairly, we do not prefer any examination. 

The laboratory process takes approximately 10 to 15 working days (2 to 3 weeks) and cannot be accelerated. During this time, even our customer service cannot give more accurate information about when the result will be ready. 

Note: For some samples received on the same day or in the same week, the results may be available on different days. Samples are processed in batches and may require different processing or quality control steps, which may affect when results are available.
