How do I know that my sample has been received?

As soon as we receive your sample it is usually registered and processed on the same day. You will receive an automated email at the same time that your sample has been registered.

 

It happens that samples are sometimes a week or longer in the mail or even lost. If you do not receive a confirmation email that your sample has been received after a longer period of time, you can of course make a second attempt and send us a new sample. Please make it clear on the second sample that it is the second submission and that the first may have been lost.
