The dog shows the typical "wolf-grey" colour all over the body.This colouration is caused by the aw allele of the Agouti locus.

The dog shows the typical "wolf-grey" colour all over the body. The hair is banded, i.e. multicoloured with alternating light and dark parts.
The colour occurs, for example, in the breeds Siberian Husky, Norwegian Elkhound, Spitz, Czechoslovakian Wolfhound and other "wolfdogs".
