Can I have information in result certificates changed/added?

In principle, it is the responsibility of the sender of a sample to provide the data when sending in the sample. The data can be corrected or supplemented online in the respective animal record at any time until the certificate is issued.

If a certificate has already been issued and you want new information to be added (for example a microchip number or UELN/studbook number), the genetic identity of the animal in question must be created from the same sample from which the previous testing for hereditary diseases and traits were made. This involves effort and further costs, as an identity profile must be established. An identity confirmation by a veterinarian after sample submission is not sufficient.
